Requirements

If you are re-selling any Royalty Free product.  You must send us an email with your website address and give us credit with a link or banner to our website: http://www.sanqunettidesign.com.  Credit or link must be beside the artwork that you purchse. If you are a web designer, a credit link must be included in the footer. If you do not wish to do this, you can pay a ONE TIME extended license fee of 20.00 per item, then you will not need to provide a link or credit for the artwork.

License Types:

ROYALTY FREE LICENSE: for non-profit (credit not required, but appreciated) or commerical (only if you give credit to Sanqunetti Design)

EXTENDED LICENSE: commerical use ok - no credit is needed

You are purchasing a User License Agreement, not the copyrights to the images. You are never to sell or give away the actual clipart. Copyrights remain with Sanqunetti Design.

Please follow these simple guidelines when using our graphics:

Uses NOT Permitted

• Images are for viewing purposes only. You are not to give permission for downloading or to allow copying our clipart for any reason.

• Graphics are not to be shared, tubed, emailed, added to websites or included in any type of collection in clipart format.

• Graphics can not be resold as a Clipart set, you must make something new with the art.

• You cannot use the clipart images on any items or presentations that will be used for mass market production. Example: Is your item going to be manufactured? If yes, you must contact us to apply for a license agreement to do this.

• Digital downloads as is or altered (with the exception of digitized embroidery downloads)

• As layered template (where your customer can extract our design)

• creating a collage sheet for etsy or zazzle type of websites as same clipart


Uses Permitted

• Digitized embroidery designs for sale

• Alterations made to the clipart such as color, size or small add-ons (as long as its added to somehting new, and not resold as clipart)

• Web graphics such as accents, buttons, header, banners etc.

• Use for a logo design as long as an extended license is purchased

• Screen printing / apparel

• Final Printed Greeting Cards/ Invitations and other stationary

• Cafepress or zazzle products (as long as you create a completed design from the clipart that you buy and that its not a collage sheet)

• Printables - must be completed printable items not in any original image format. Image cannot be separated from product.

• All personal projects

• Any craft that has been made by you as long as something new is created from the graphics. 

• Final printed non-digital scrap kits, and paper packs, as long as cliparts are not being sold as seperate elements in the kits.

Refund Policy

Due to the electronic nature of the product and the possibility for it to be easily reproduced, refunds or exchanges are not offered. Please be careful when ordering, we are not responsible for dublicate orders. If you have any kind of problem or damages with the files that you receive , contact us immediately and we will send it to you again as soon as possible.
