Sanqunetti Design Terms of Use Policy
Requirements
If you are re-selling any Royalty Free product. You must send us an email with your website address and give us credit with a link or banner to our website: http://www.sanqunettidesign.com. If you do not wish to do this, you can pay a ONE TIME extended license fee of 20.00 per item, then you will not need to provide a link or credit for the artwork.
License Types:
ROYALTY FREE LICENSE: All Illustration Sets are under Royalty Free license. NO RE-SALE RIGHTS **unless you give us credit or purchase an extended license** please see above
EXTENDED LICENSE: All Printables are under Extended License. RE-SALE RIGHTS
You are purchasing a User License Agreement, not the copyrights to the images. You are never to sell or give away the actual clipart. Copyrights remain with Sanqunetti Design.
Please follow these simple guidelines when using our graphics:
Uses NOT Permitted
• Images are for viewing purposes only. You are not to give permission for downloading or to allow copying our clipart for any reason.
• Graphics are not to be shared, tubed, emailed, added to websites or included in any type of collection in clipart format.
• Graphics cannot be altered or added to and be claimed as your own.
• Graphics can not be used for Print on Demand services such as Cafepress or Zazzle.
• You may not use the graphics as part of a logo or identity with out additional permission from Sanqunett Design.
• You can not make changes to the graphics to create new graphics.
• You cannot use the clipart images on any items or presentations that will be used for mass market production. Example: Is your item going to be manufactured? If yes, you must contact us to apply for a license agreement to do this.
Uses Permitted
• digitized embroidery designs for sale
• Small alterations made to the clipart such as color, size or small add-on
• Web graphics such as accents, buttons, etc (may not be used as part of a logo)
• screen printing for personal use or if items will be sold by you personally. You may not sell these items via Ebay,CafePress or any other internet auction site, without additional written permission.
• printables - must be completed printable items not in any original image format. Image cannot be separated from product. For personal use or if items will be sold by you personally. You may not sell these items via Ebay or any other internet auction site, without additional written permission. **If you purchase
• all personal projects
• any craft that has been made by you- this will be only a finished, physically product. For personal use or if items will be sold by you personally . You may not sell these items via Ebay or any other internet auction site, without additional written permission.
• pre-made scrapbook pages- these are not for digital scrapbook pages but only finished, physical pages. For personal use only. These items may not be sold, without any prior written consent from the artist. **If you purchase an extended license you may sell digital scrapbook pages as long as you are not selling it as is, you may use them as part of a set, use on different items, etc**
Refund Policy
Due to the electronic nature of the product and the possibility for it to be easily reproduced, refunds or exchanges are not offered. Please be careful when ordering, we are not responsible for dublicate orders. If you have any kind of problem or damages with the files that you receive , contact us immediately and we will send it to you again as soon as possible.
